Ricardo Licona is founder and owner of RL Masonry. Ricardo has been working full-time is the masonry trade for over 15 years. RL Masonry is a small family buisness operating all over the DMV area. Originally born and raised in centeral america Ricardo brings all of his masonry experience all the way from home. On his time off Ricardo likes to spend time with his wife Madelin, family and friends. Enjoys long road trips and best of all fishing!

Madelin has over 12 years of managment experience and customer service. Born and raised in the Fairfax Virginia area, graduated from Robert. E. Lee high school. Madelin has gained all her experience working in the food and beverage industry. Working closely with directors, managers diffrent vendors and leading numerous staff members. Madelin enjoys spending time with her husband Ricardo, family and friends she enjoys long walk along the potomac river. Loves to spend time in her garden.
